NKN members live across Africa, Australia & New Zealand, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. This page helps members compare the current direct election model with a proposed representative leadership model before any future constitutional amendment is considered.

Direct Election Model

Members directly nominate and vote for candidates for specific leadership positions.

Representative Leadership Model

Members elect a principal leader, and the winning leader appoints a balanced executive team.
